This is a wonderful mop. Gets into all the nooks and cranies.However, i do have trouble with the extending handle. With no instructions it is difficult to know how to extend it and, more to the point, having extended it how to stop it reverting back to it's original position while in use? This is quite a problem for me as it is too short and causes back ache. I would have given the mop five if not for this problem
