The bosch clic quick change flange locking nut saved me from going insane. i had a lot of steel to cut and the disks wore down rapidly. After a couple of disc changes i had not only snapped the pins from the removal tool i also snapped the end off the grinder's locking plunger, therefore requiring a new angle grinder. I then gave up until the clic lock nut arrived and have not looked back. I think they should be offered as an extra with every angle grinder sold.
I've been using this for a couple of days and so far it has been brilliant. So much faster and easier than using a spanner.
