It feels very solid and sturdy and I have no doubt it will be durable - I have only used three times but am very happy with it. Service from tooled up was brilliant considering all the is happening with Covid -19. They emailed soon after purchase to explain that I should expect within 10 working days, also giving me emails along the way about dispatch etc. Seems a good company and a good product. Is as advertised. Only comment is that it should be a bit longer.

The hose is fine, but i have had to add my own "straightener" as it curls up out of the water. It probably curls because of the way it's packed and the length of time it stays packed. Don't let this stop you - it is the same for any hose.
